Returns, Replacements & Refunds during COVID-19
We are temporarily unable to accept returns, in an effort to protect the safety of our employees & associates. We have also suspended replacements due to limited inventory and shipping delays. Refunds will only be issued for missing or damaged items, at the discretion of our Customer Service team. As the situation evolves, we will adjust our policies accordingly to best serve you. Refund Policy
We do not accept returns for products that have already been glued together and used. Therefore, we will not refund your purchase if you have already received the product and glued it together. We will not refund your purchase based on broken or missing parts that occurred during shipment. If your product was broken during shipment or is missing parts we will replace those parts at no cost to you. If a corral panel was broken after you have glued it together and have used it, and you have purchased that corral within the past 3 months, we will replace that part for you at no cost other than shipping. If you cancel your order before it ships, you will get a complete refund. If you cancel your order once it has already shipped, you will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.
