Returns, Replacements & Refunds during COVID-19

We are temporarily unable to accept returns, in an effort to protect the safety of our employees & associates. We have also suspended replacements due to limited inventory and shipping delays. Refunds will only be issued for missing or damaged items, at the discretion of our Customer Service team. As the situation evolves, we will adjust our policies accordingly to best serve you. Returns for Honey-Do Box Set Corrals

Item may be returned up to 14 days after it has been delivered. Buyer will receive all money back except shipping. Buyer pays return shipping. You can contact us for a return label and we will take out the shipping cost from your refund total OR you can return the box on your own with the carrier of your choice. We will not schedule pick ups for you. You must do that yourself or find a drop-off location. All parts received in kit must be returned in original new condition. You can not return your item if it has already been assembled and glued together. There should be nothing missing from the kit. We will return your purchase price minus our cost of shipping it to you. There will be a 15% restocking fee. You will only receive your refund once the item has been returned to us and we have counted all the parts in the box to make sure nothing is missing. If your set is already assembled and glued, we will not accept it as a return. We can, however, help you find someone to buy the corral from you. Full refunds are only available for orders that have not been shipped yet.

​We are not responsible for scuffs, scratches or any “cosmetic” appearance problems that may have occurred during shipment. However, if there has been actual physical damage to your item’s functionality that keeps you from using it properly (i.e broken and/or missing pipes or pipe fittings that occurred because the box itself was broken or damaged during shipment) we can file a claim with UPS and your corral can be replaced. If your box has been damaged and/or any parts are broken or missing, please take pictures of your damaged box and send to us right away. If you are missing pieces from your box that has not been broken or damaged, please contact us and we will mail you the missing pieces. 

​Returned items based solely on box damage will not receive a full refund. We will replace any missing pieces that may have been lost during shipment due to box damage at no cost to you. If you still choose to return the item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 

Returns for Fully Assembled Corral Sets

Item may be returned up to 14 days after it has been delivered. Buyer will receive all money back except shipping. Buyer pays return shipping. You can contact us for a return label and we will take out the shipping cost from your refund total OR you can return the box on your own with the carrier of your choice. We will not schedule pick ups for you. You must do that yourself or find a drop-off location. We ship all of our Fully Assembled corrals without the legs attached. Therefore, they must be returned without the legs attached. All parts received in corral set must be returned in original new condition. There should be nothing missing from the set of panels. (i.e if you received 8 panels from us we should get 8 panels back. Plus, all the detached legs). We will return your purchase price minus our cost of shipping it to you.
There will be a 15% restocking fee.

If you glued your legs into your Fully Assembled panels, then you cannot return ship them to us. If you are a local customer you can drop them off OR we can help you find someone to buy the Fully Assembled Corral from you that is nearby. Contact us if you need help finding someone to buy your corral from you.
